Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch back in its original presentation box with all protective films and tags intact, ensuring the shipment is securely padded.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
